I made this frame for one of my college friends. She recently lost a child, Miller McNeil Woodruff, from SMA. I admire her strength and her ability to smile everyday. She has educated so many people by sharing her story of the loss of her son.

Two of our really good friends, Rachel Henderson & Barry Jackson, are getting married next weekend. We had Rachel's bachelorette & mini wedding shower this weekend and boy did we have a blast. Okay, so my new thing is picture frames. I got the idea from my best friend Amber, her son Cy has many of these in his room, and they are too cute. This is one that I just finished for my neighbor across the street. I will post the others soon!

This painting I did for my favorite Doctor, Amy Wiedower, who delivered Mallani. I told her I would paint her something for saving that baby girl's life. It was for her daughter, Sophie. In a couple of weeks I am having a baby shower at my house for a good friend. For some reason I felt the need to paint the bar red and my kitchen orange. While watching Grey's Anatomy last night, I painted this to hang on the red wall and it turned out pretty cool.

Paws on the Pavement

Bring your dogs to Murray Park of Saturday morning for Paws on the Pavement. The Metropolitan National Bank crew will be serving hot dogs to your puppies.

Hot dogs are $1 each and all proceeds go to CARE.

Thanks to my best friend Amber, and her awesome decorating skills, I was able to look Cy's playroom and pick some of these great colors for the belly cast. Thanks BER!

Sabrina's belly cast is one of my favorites. She was given the gift certificate that I auctioned off at the Big Brother Big Sisters Toast and Roast earlier this year. I have never painted one for a boy, so it was super fun!
